The Delaware Site Readiness Fund promotes economic growth and stability by investing in the development or improvement of commercial and industrial sites to attract job-creating businesses. Small Business Façade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program

The Small Business Façade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program (FSARP) is designed to revitalize business corridors and abandoned buildings within the city limits through funding for building façade, site improvements, and/or building reuse improvements. The FSARP is designed as a forgivable loan program. Awards made to properties will encourage reuse of vacant or underutilized properties, improve appearance, and support the long-term viability of the city.

Conyers Georgia Small Business Grant

The Mayor and City Council has authorized the City to provide up to 50 small businesses located in the city limits with $5,000 in business assistance awards using funds the City received as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, known as ARPA. This program is limited to small businesses, only with a maximum of 25 full-time employees.
