The Delaware Site Readiness Fund promotes economic growth and stability by investing in the development or improvement of commercial and industrial sites to attract job-creating businesses. The Fund provides grants, loans or other economic assistance to qualified businesses or local governments that invest in constructing, renovating or improving infrastructure for sites that will attract new businesses or expand existing businesses within the State.

The City of Orlando
Small Business Façade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program
The Small Business Façade, Site Improvement and Adaptive Reuse Program (FSARP) is designed to revitalize business corridors and abandoned buildings within the city limits through funding for building façade, site improvements, and/or building reuse improvements. The FSARP is designed as a forgivable loan program. Awards made to properties will encourage reuse of vacant or underutilized properties, improve appearance, and support the long-term viability of the city.

Conyers Georgia Small Business Grant
The Mayor and City Council has authorized the City to provide up to 50 small businesses located in the city limits with $5,000 in business assistance awards using funds the City received as part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, known as ARPA. This program is limited to small businesses, only with a maximum of 25 full-time employees.

The Business Assistance Program (BAP) is a matching grant program designed to encourage small businesses to locate, expand or redevelop in the City of Orlando. The program requires eligible business owners to pay 50 percent of the fees assessed against the business, while the program fund pays the remaining 50 percent up to $20,000.

The County of Riverside and Ampac Business Capital are partnering to provide emergency and ongoing capital for small businesses in Riverside. Loans may be given for $15,000 to $30,000.

Hispanic Owned Business Grant - Louisiana
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana (HCCL) and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation (HCCF) in partnership with Entergy are thrilled to announce a dedicated fund to award Hispanic Owned Businesses disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters with grants that will assist them to offset the losses and move forward. Grants are $2,500 - first come, first served.
